Who can join inXplore?

Anyone who is a traveller can join free to get quotes from travel agents.

How long does it take to get a quote?

Please allow 1 hour to start getting your first responses. It varies with complexity.

For example, A simple return flight may take less than an hour, versus a group booking can take 1 to 2 days to complete. 

How much does it cost?

Its free for travellers. We only request that you respect the time that Travel Agents take to provide you a quote. If you are in need of an estimate, we request you contact a local travel agent, rather than engage many travel agents on our site.

What if I do not want to proceed after I received the quotes?

If you do not want to proceed, you do not have to. But this is limited to 2 in a month. This is to respect time spent by agents to serve a customer.

All customer accounts record the number of times a quote was requested and number of times the sale was processed. This helps respect Travel Agent's time and use due diligence to provide a quote or not.

How do I know the travel agent is legit?

inXplore verifies each and every travel agent on the platform. We continuously monitor all travel agents on the platform and make sure they hold proper certifications to be on our platform. If you feel anything suspicious, email inXplore straight away at suspect@inXplore.com. We take your security seriously.

Can I use the travel agent outside of platform?

inXplore do not bound transactions that are initiated outside of platform. inXplore brings you prices from Travel Agents to make sure you get value for your money. Directly approaching a travel agent may not guarantee the cheapest prices or the best Travel Agent for the travel. It is up to your discretion. If a travel request was initiated through inXplore, you must complete it using inXplore in order to make sure your travels are secured by inXplore Escrow System. These systems are in place to protect you.

Are the quotes fixed?

If the variables on which the quote was produced have not changed, then the quote must remain same. If you change the variables, the quote will most likely change. If you feel a Travel Agent is charging you more than the quote and you feel is unfair, please report to inXplore immediately as we take this as a serious offense and will look into this for you.

TRAVEL AGENT FAQ

Can any travel agent join inXplore?

Travel agents who want to sell their service must be verified by inXplore before they can use the website.

Travel agents must be business registered and hold certification as an agent.

What is required for verification?

Verification is simple. Simply send following documents to verifyme@inxplore.com.

Once verified, we will send your welcome pack as an inXplore agent partner.

For Australia, you need to send:

  • IATA certificate, TIDS certificate, ATAS certificate or AFTA certificate
  • 1 form of photo ID
  • ABN certificate
  • Insurance (if applicable)

For countries outside Australia:

  • Business registration certificate
  • 1 form of photo ID
  • IATA certificate, TIDS certificate or certificate from a local travel and tourism authority
  • Insurance (if applicable)

 How long does it take to be verified?

It takes 24-48 hours to be verified and start using our platform

Why can I not send a quote?

Accounts are locked until verification is completed. Please contact support if you think you have verified and the account is still locked.

What is the customer is overseas?

inXplore has a built in escrow system to help you with overseas customers. You must use it to make sure that the money has been paid before going ahead with all the bookings. Our escrow system is there to protect you as well as travellers.
One of the advantages of our platform is for Travel Agents to gain access to a totally new customer that they did not have access to before. We encourage you to quote if you have prices that can win you business.

What are the fees and charges?

inXplore platform is free for all customers. Travel agents do not need to pay to be on the platform. A fee is charged either in form of inXplore Escrow system or by invoice for cash payments. Failure to pay will result in the corresponding Travel Agent account locked from trading. Click here to check fees and charges.

Why do we have to pay success fee?

Travel agents regularly spend on advertisements and branding to attract customers. Our platform takes that away by attracting customers and doing front end advertising on your behalf. We spend so you don't have to. In order to generate sales and keep our platform running, inXplore charges a small percentage on all valid business only.
